There is a 25% non refundable deposit payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Check in is 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure.  

The rental week is Saturday to Saturday.

Daily rates are available for a minimum of a 3 night stay during the low season.  These are £65 per night plus a £30 cleaning charge.
